ECSD IS UNABLE TO GIVE THE NASAL FLU IMMUNIZATION THIS YEAR.  PLEASE CONTACT YOUR PCP OR PEDIATRICIAN FOR THE VACCINE.

Please see the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) Website link for CDC Outbreaks: Influenza information and precautions.  ECSD is current with everyday practices for prevention and follows guidelines set forth by the CDC and County Health Department and Dr. Duran.

How do I find out if my family is current on vaccinations?
Your health care professional will be able to answer questions about your vaccination record. In
addition, you can visit the Nevada WebIZ website at izrecord.nv.gov or call the Nevada Web IZ help desk at 1-877-689-3249. The Public Access Portal allows parents and legal guardians to print official immunization records for their child(ren) (aged 0 through 17 years) as long as you have your child's social security number. It also allows adults to print official immunization records for themselves. This is an official record and can be used as proof of immunization for school entry, summer camp, employment, etc.

Your child cannot attend school without current immunizations.  Please speak to your school nurse for any concerns regarding missing immunizations.
